AI thought partnership for leaders and teams

More ability. More agility. What could AI make possible for your organization?

Your people, your priorities, your existing systems, your next opportunity. Bring them into a conversation with a technical thought partner who can connect business direction with engineering reality and the people who make it work.

Private briefings, company-exclusive seminars, workshops, mentoring and advisory relationships shaped around what matters to you.

Everyone saw the same AI demo. But how many divergent plans walked out of the room?

A promising demonstration can open many doors. Developers, product leaders, managers and executives may each see a different opportunity, a different risk and a different next step. Specialization helps each group see deeply into its own work and can leave the connections between their assumptions unclear. Howard brings architecture, implementation and business experience into the same conversation, helping people examine those connections.

Explore the technical possibilities and the organizational choices together. What could your people understand, create and decide that they could not before? How readily could they respond when tools, requirements and possibilities change?

What would be worth exploring together?

A client brought developers, managers and executives into the same conversation

For Telos Alliance, Howard prepared a custom AI-for-product-development seminar with the CTO, VP of Engineering and division leadership. The audience included software and hardware developers, product and project leaders, managers and executives. Twenty attendees were expected; forty-seven participated.

The engagement connected practical AI benefits and pitfalls with requirements, working engineering and a path the technical team could explore. It included skeptical voices as well as enthusiastic ones.

I felt that Telos received multiple times the value of our investment.

John Schur, Telos Alliance

What perspective would help your next decision?

Howard's experience spans more than five decades of professional software work, enterprise consulting, technology leadership and international technical education. His record includes development and consulting work for organizations such as NASA, Apple, Disney, Xerox, HP and the Financial Times. His recent work combines intensive AI-assisted development with software that incorporates AI.

That range supports conversations across technical and business boundaries. Enterprise IT, financial services, telecommunications, media and CleanTech offer different examples of the same larger challenge: turning new technological possibility into something useful for people and organizations.

Choose a conversation that fits your priorities

A focused Google Meet can explore a question. A private briefing can bring leaders together. A company-exclusive seminar or workshop can include several teams. Mentoring and ongoing advisory can help people keep learning as the work develops. Technical review and implementation can be scoped where they are useful.

You can begin with your current priorities, a difficult question or an emerging possibility. There is no need to fit the conversation into one narrow specialty.
